Need a professionally equipped studio? COMTEL provides a choice of two studio facilities, both with dedicated control rooms. Studio equipment includes five (5) studio configured Ikegami HDK-790E cameras on Vinten pedestals, which can be moved between studios as needed. One (1) Ikegami HDK 79D and two (2) Ikegami HL-57 cameras are also available for handheld use or for placement on our Jimmy Jib. Generator back-up power is provided for both studios and control rooms, as well as our on-site uplink facility. Need reliable, high-quality transmission services? COMTEL has two (2) steerable uplink and downlink satellite dishes with capabilities for domestic C-Band, KU-Band and KU-HD satellite services are available on-site. We are connected to the worldwide fiber optic network through Beers "The Switch" and Level 3 Vyvx Communications. Additionally, COMTEL employs maintenance and transmission engineers to support satellite and fiber services. Need a top-notch, experienced production crew?
